JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Photonic IC Designer will be responsible for optical IC development used in our LiDAR sensor products as well as internal R&D purposes. The optical ICs will include sensors, emitters, optical control, optical phased arrays and recommending lasers. The Photonic IC Designer will lead IC development and work with ASIC designers, hardware engineers, firmware engineers and mechanical engineers to achieve highest performance LiDAR in the market. The candidate must be highly motivated to create production quality, market driven photonic ICs and be able to work independently with minimum guidance.
