You will have a leading and influential role to bring product through development and into production. Responsible for developing Processes, Structuring BOMs, Manufacturing Instructions, Fixture Development, and setup of Manufacturing lines.

You are a key contributor in New Product Introduction and the prove-to-production process. Working hands on with hardware, collaborating with R&D, training technicians, interfacing with suppliers are an integral part of the job. There will be the need for custom electro-mechanical automation equipment for which you will define the specifications, supervise the construction, and successful installation prove out and phase into production.
Our Manufacturing Process Engineer will plan carefully, execute efficiently and deliver predictably. Global travel as necessary.


  • New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Designing and developing fixtures and test systems.
  • Proficiency in the following:
    • Developing assembly processes.
    • Block Diagrams, Process Travelers, Procedures, Requirements and Metrics.
    • SolidWorks, or AutoCAD, or other drawing software’s.
    • Automation and robotics.
    • Production floor safety protocol and procedures.


  • 10 years professional experience as a manufacturing and or process engineer.
  • Manufacturing methodologies including FMEA, SPC, DOE, Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Hands on experience in performing statistical analysis
  • Experience qualifying both manufacturing and test equipment
  • Experience transferring both equipment and product to Contract manufacturers is South East Asia is preferred
  • New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Designing and development of fixtures and tooling.
  • Experience providing a requirements document to equipment manufacturers to design and manufacture assembly and test equipment
  • Development of assembly processes.
  • Block Diagrams, Process Travelers, Procedures, Specifications and Requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Use of data analysis to drive improvement.
  • Working knowledge of statistical tools such as Minitab, Win SPC, QI Macro
  • Working knowledge of Visio and or other process flow tools


  • BS in engineering is mandatory requirement


  • BS/MS in mechanical engineering preferred


  • Solidworks and AutoCAD
  • Performing design of experiments (DOE) planning.
  • Reporting metrics for production efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and time management skills.
  • Work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Flexible to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Performs well in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to travel internationally- 10% of the time
