Quanergy Solutions, Inc. National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Compliance

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) was passed in 2019, and banned the selling and installation of the products by several companies (primarily based out of China). Parts made by these companies that are included in other products, such as chipsets, were also restricted as per section 889 of NDAA.

Quanergy Solutions, Inc is proud to confirm that our entire portfolio is NDAA compliant. Additionally, our products do not use any SoC (System on Chip), or other components from the banned companies. Our products use NDAA-compliant chipsets and we do not have manufacturing relationships (OEM) with the companies banned by NDAA.
