Cameras show pixels and radar shows blips. Q-TRACK measures the real 3D position, size, speed and direction of every person and vehicle on your site.
Video analytics struggle in darkness, rain and glare, and they flood operators with nuisance alarms from shadows and moving foliage. That buries the events that matter.
Q-TRACK works in 3D space. Each sensor scans a full 360°, QORTEX fuses sensors into one continuous view, and only people and vehicles that break your rules become alerts. Q-TRACK does not capture faces or other personally identifiable information.

What is Q-TRACK?
Q-TRACK is Quanergy’s 3D LiDAR solution for security and spatial intelligence. It combines Q-TRACK LR, HD and Dome sensors with QORTEX perception software to detect, track and classify people and vehicles in real time.
Which Q-TRACK sensor do I need?
Q-TRACK LR covers outdoor perimeters with a 140 m coverage diameter. Q-TRACK HD tracks people indoors and outdoors across an 80 m diameter. Q-TRACK Dome covers doors, corridors and mantraps with a 90° vertical field of view. Most sites mix sensors, and QORTEX fuses them into one view.
What does Q-TRACK classify?
Q-TRACK classifies people and vehicles, including two-wheelers, passenger and commercial vehicles. Anything else is reported as an unclassified object with its size and position.
Does Q-TRACK work at night and in bad weather?
Yes. LiDAR provides its own illumination, so Q-TRACK works in complete darkness and is not affected by glare. The sensors are rated IP67.
Does Q-TRACK capture faces?
No. Q-TRACK measures shape and position, so it does not capture personally identifiable information. Quanergy does not offer facial recognition.
